friend phoned last night to say her DD had probably got it; they wanted to warn us as I am pg. They were together on sunday, she started being poorly on monday. how long before i can assume my DD may have got away with it, or not? is it a week? and should i cancel playdate today with mum who is also pg? i assume not as no symptoms being shown,maybe just mention it?
