I don't know - but if you're worried can you put off the visit?

LIZS · 20/07/2009 18:17

Does he have any symptoms ?

Pinkranger · 20/07/2009 18:28

yea, i know its catch 22, i really want to see them as we are moving 188miles away on friday, so wont have a chance for a while but really need the kids to be on top form next week as we will be upacking and soughting with no family to help.

I think most of his symptons have gone..........

I think the main thing is, has he had 24 hours without a temp and no calpol/nurofen. (think thats the criteria?) Coughs can linger for weeks without being contagious.

I'd avoid personally especially as you have to move.
Even if he is no longer contagious, his family will be incubating it.
