Pain under ribs when breathing

Sorry to repeat myself, but I've asked under pregnancy and not really getting advice, so thought if I duplicated here I might get help from more people.

I'm 11weeks pregnant and am really suffering with pain under my ribs, which is a whole lot worse if I sneeze or breath deeply, you know like if you sigh. I can't get any restbite from it unless I sit in a hotish bath, which I can't do all day obviously. I've been taking paracetamol, but again don't want to make a habit of pill popping. When I spoke to my midwife yesterday, she said it was more than likely to be down to ligaments and stuff softening, but I'm not convinced. I don't know why, but I don't recall having this with ds.

If anyone can help me with remedies or things I can do to relieve it or even get rid of it, but I'm not holding out much hope of it disappearing

In addition to this my wee is really strong even though I'm drinking as much as I can. Why??

Sorry if this is long and boring, but I'm getting desperate

no worries. 6 years sounds really alarming, doesn't it - sorry to spook you! I probably get about 3 bouts per year which usually go away with ibuprofen (unless pregnant of course).

One thing I found that really set it off was kickboxing! I think it was the sharp torso twists required for throwing a punch.

I can't see me doing any kickboxing for a while
