chicken pox was worse then swine flu

honestly, it took dd3 a lot longer to get over a bad dose of chickenpox than the swine flu.

in fact, i spent a lot of last week going 'was that it? really?'

Glad she is better, poor thing.

Chicken pox scares me more, tbh.

dh just said 'swine flu didnt make me have no visitors for four weeks over xmas when i was in hospital' awwww pooor dh.

Did she have it confirmed as swine flu?

I am sure there are plenty of colds just doing the round too as according to my GP it's almost impossible to distinguish between them in most mild cases.

they stopped swabbing. so was suspected swine flu.

the first day she was quite ill. high temp, vomiting, diarrohea, sleepy, lathargic, slight cough.

by day three was almost back to normal, but temp was slightly high and her joints ached, she was a bit sleepy as well.

bad day on day 5 with the return of vomiting.

by day 10 back to normal.
