Can anyone advise , havent yet got SF but am preparing for it IF i do ...
when i usually get flu just take lempsips , as and when to keep temp down can you do like children alternate say lemsip that contains paracetamol alon with neurofen ? like every 4/5 hours if needs be im unsure of what you can mix with each other ..

yes you can take paracetamol and nurofen

thanks , so you can alternate the 2 every 4/5 hours , i do that with my dc to keep temp down ,

what about if the higher dose ones

yes = so take paracetamol, 3 hours later take nurofen, 3 hours later paracetamol again

just don't exceed the stated doses

FWIW, i find ibupfrofen works better at redcuing fever so i tend to just stick to that

but would treat it just the same as any flu - which would be to keep my temperature down, plus plenty of fluids and rest and ride it out
