I work part time and on my days off, have DS and run the house, shopping, cooking etc.
I'm pretty much on the go in the day time but do take time out in the evening for myself when DS has gone to bed - watch a DVD wih DH, exercise, read or whatever.
However, I've noticed a pattern whereby I will, every two/three months or so, feel absolutely exhausted and the only thing that fixes it, is to sleep the best part of the day and go to bed normal time for about two days.
I've also noticed, that the tiredness seems to be triggered if I've had a break for a few days eg Easter hols or Xmas.
What could this be? I'm on 40mg of Citalopram for depression, but I always make sure I take the tablets early in the evening so no after effects in the morning. I suffer from constant tinitus in one ear - even with a hearing aid its always there and quite loud - am I underestimating the effect tinitus can have??
