feel like need to wee all time? advice please

Had sex yesterday and last night felt like i needed to wee all the time and odd feeling when going for wee (but not burning or painful). as soon as i went i felt like i needed to go again. this morning i saw a very very tiny bit of blood? what could this be? thank you

Cystitus. Lots of water to flush it out if not gone by tomorrow down docs for anti-b's
