low iron i think

Hi there i suffer with health anx , but think i have low iron again had this last year but as i have heavy periods and r not to great at getting my 5 a day , does anyone els have this i feel tired , wizzy when i get up quick and breathless at times ,,am booked to have iron vit b blood test on tuesday , had FBC last month all normal .
worried may be somthing els ..

yes, but tis always low anyway, should be above 12.5 and mine usually about 10-11, am never allowed to give blood when I go to donate
Am quite excited at the possibility of 3 spa tone a day

, i think some people have trouble storing iron to , and its a struggle to keep topping iron

I have always had slightly dodgy iron levels, but Ive been almost permanently pregs since 2003 so in the last few years its been much worse. spatone packaging says you can take 2 sachets during pregnancy and from time to time I have had to. Deffo worth talking to your gp about using it - would take box and leaflet in with you if I was you as gps don't always know a great deal about nonprescribed stuff. Good
