Have posted a number of times under this name about my binge eating problem. Just wanted to let you know that I have finally started counselling - had 3 sessions now. And I am starting to see some hope. After over 10 years of anorexia/bulimia and most recently binge eating I can see a possibly path of hope. Had a small victory this week - used some ideas from counselling and prevented a binge. Feel very proud.
If anyone else feels like this please please go and see your GP and get a refferal. One day at a time just now but its fantastic to have that hope back that one day I will get better.
And a huge thank you to everyone on here for months ago encouraging me to see my GP. x
