Right well, it's on me, on my heel and I guess it's about 5 days old (new shoes). I didn't pop it, it popped on it's own 2 days ago, and this morning it's feeling tight and there's a black section at the bottom.

Sorry. was working nights and live in Aus. It sounds like you just have a bit of dead skin. This is prob normal, and should just drop off at some point. Hard to advise without seeing it. If you are worried, Gp nurse will be good to visit.
