Have bought Arnica for post birth but have bruises from fall and was going to take today - is that ok?

Am days off due date (Thurs) so will that be okay? Also they are not strong ones so can I take lots?

In clinical trials arnica was found to have no effect on bruising.

Ohhh well that TOTALLY blows my little plan out the water!

Tell me more...everyone takes Arnica for sore bits don't they?!!!!

I've heard lots of people do use it but I read that it doesn't work in the Guardian last year, I'll try to find it for you
