Does anyone else get a shaving rash under their arms in this weather ??

I suppose it is because of the more frequent shaving.

Under both arms is red raw with nice spots too urgh.

Other than not shaving under them, is there anything I can do to help lessen it ??

I use the lady razor thing with the soap around the blade, I can never remember what it's called [. I've never had a rash since I started using it.
