I look after a little girl whos eczema is getting quite bad and her mum is a bit worried. I've heard that Manuka honey is good but how do you use it to treat eczema? ie> do you eat it, or buy it in some sort of cream etc?

TIA

just smear it on i would think
but a decent emollient used frequently is more likely to have success

Wont it be really sticky?

you can put clingfilm over it before going out

or you could just use an emollient
