It;s like, constant crushing sensation in the chest, always tired, headachy, can't sleep that well... Is there anything safe over-the-counter to take for this?

I think that stress and anxiety can deplete your stores of B vitamins. I take a strong VitB50 complex.

I listen to a relaxation thingy on my ipod to get to sleep.

This book is very good.

Agree with taking Vitamin B's (nervous system is greatly effected by this)

Sounds like this.

Nytol is good for a short term sleep aid.
