Does anyone here suffer from Bursitis in the shoulder?

I am in agony with limited movement in my left shoulder

Any good tips to help it?

much'o sympathy. I find anti-imflammitaries(sp??) help, as do co-codomol..and keep moving as it will losen over the day.

but moving it aggravates it as it is a swollen pad inbetween my joint plates ish type thing

I have taken ibuprofen

I have a wheat heat pad thing
would that help do you think?

I have it on an off in my hips. Ibuprofen, and I also find that it's worse if I am dehydrated for some reason, so drink plenty of water.
