Ibuleve max gel - is there a limit to the amount of body space you can cover with it?

Silly question I know. My pains are bad today, but also my back is hurting from where I fell a couple of weeks ago. I haven't taken any Voltarol or Ibuprofen tablets today, but put some Ibuleve max on my back about 5 hours ago. Can I put it on the other painful areas - feet,ankles,shins,arms,necka dn hands? Or is that going to be too big an area? and I would be better off taking 2 tablets?

Take the tablets. 400mg 3 times a day, with meals. Stop if it starts to irritate your stomach.

Here says it is very hard to overdoes by using the gel and gives no maximum area of coverage.

If you also take tablets then you can increase side affects.
