Posting in 3 sections because I couldn't decide!

Hayfever is a nightmare atm, and to make matters worse, when my eyes itch, I tend to get drowsy and fall asleep given 5 seconds peace

My last 2 pregnancies I had some freakish hormone thing kick in where I had no symptoms for hayfever. This time not so good - sneezing, oodles of eye rubbing and so tired.

Is there anything I can take?!?!

Some doctors say that piriton is ok to take, and some say it isn't. Safe fetus gives it a B which is a pretty good

My GP said no. It's rubbish isn't it?

The advice I was given was:

Stay indoors when possible between 10am and 4pm

Where wraparound sunglasses

Put vaseline around your nostrils (you can buy hayfever balm, but apparently it's just the same as vaseline.)

Keep windows shut.

Shower/ change your clothes when you come in from outside.

Keep long hair in a ponytail off face.

I've also found going in the shower or bath generally makes me feel clearer anyway.
