The Copper Coil - coming out or dislocating? Any experience (tmi alert)

Have you any experience of the copper coil suddenly dislocating or coming out?

I have had it in for 3 years now, and the last few days, my tummy has been really sore. My bottom feels like early stages of labour since yesterday, and my I have discharge of fresh blood. (no period due now)

Could it be the coil?

Urgh, sounds like what happened to my friend. Yes it could be coming out. Oh you poor thing, you are going to have to go see the nurse or the GP you know.

Can you ahem feel anything if you have a poke around up there?

I went to see a gynaecologist, and it is in place. However, he found that I have strained the uterine muscles....

I have been shifting heavy pallets......

Fecking hell - ouch - I think you deserve a holiday!

But hey, at least you don't have to have another coil fitted
