Have forgotten to take penicillin for tonsilitis for 2 -3 days - will the course still work?

Had a 6 day course of 4 tablets a day and I only did about 2 days and have forgotten since about Sunday. Will they work if I finish the course now? My sore throat has crept back, which is why I remembered!

You need to take the whole course to keep a level up in your bloodstream. If I were you I'd resume taking them ASAP, and call the docs to see if they want to add on any more. You also run he risk of becoming immune to them if you don't finish the course. Hope you feel better!
