you need to talk to a gp. voltarol is associated with heart trouble in high doses. Don't treat it like calpol, it is a strong drug.

I forgot to add - you have my sympathy, back pain is the pits. I was guzzling tramadol like smarties last year so I feel for you.

It's usually 50mg 3 times a ay but if you are suffering with back ache that bad you should do what pigeto suggests and see your GP. If it's a spasm something like diazepam might be more appropriate, Hope you feel better soon.

However, if you are needing the full dose, it's much easier to get the 75mg slow-release, which you only need to take 2X daily

I had a problem with my back similar to you. I was given volterol 3x day, diazepam 4x day and zygol 4x day.

See your GP, he might give you happy pills! (Zygol sent me to another planet, it was lurvely, but they took me off it quite quickly!)
