How to get ears to 'pop' after flying?

dd can't yawn it out or stretch her jaw enough. Any ideas to get her ear to clear itself?

Hold her nose pinched with her fingers to try and make ears pop? Has worked for me. ........sometimes.

Try giving her a drink or a sweet during take off and landing, which helped our ds. Otherwise pinching her nose should help (can be painful, though, when it does 'pop').
