How do you cure a fuzzy head & blocked ears??

I have had hayfever for a few weeks so don't know if this is part of it or not but my head feels really fuzzy like it does with a cold & my hearing is all distorted, DC are sounding like daleks

There is no pain but a constant sort of humm.

Any ideas?

you might have an ear infection

Hold your nose to block the nostrils, keep your mouth closed and blow (if that makes sense).....opens the Eustachian tubes

Feels like I'm going to blow my brains out !
