Has anyone read this book? If you have, let me know what you thought and if you are going to change the way you do things in future. I found it fascinating and it has really made me start to be more aware about what I'm eating and how stressed I am. Unfortunately, Dr Servan-Schreiber recommends massively cutting down on sugar, which is a bit traumatic for a chocoholic like me! But probably worth it if it protects me against cancer. Here's hoping, anyway.
