What is going on with my body?

I'm 28 years old, have a 3 year old and have been off the pill since a year before having him. I have a history of endometriosis and migraines.

A couple of months ago I had very sore boobs about 2 weeks after my period, stomach cramps and awful PMT (which I haven't been suffering much with since having ds) I do, however, normally get a headache which pretty much lasts for a couple of days thoughout my period. I also got the headache about the same time as the sore boobs. I had a bit of nausea too. I had these symptoms right upto my period. My period was 2 weeks late that month so, despite a couple of negative pg tests I thought it was a strong possibilty I was pg. Then I had 2 days of a tiny bit of brown discharge (another period sign I don't often get, I normally just start red bleeding straight away) and then had a 3 day 'normal' period (my periods are normally about 5 days long of blood). However, there was definitely enough bleeding to suggest it was a period and unlikely to be a MMC.

This all happened a week last Friday and since a few days ago I have had a constant headache again, sore boobs and feel very PMT, I am also getting odd stomach cramps again but it has been only a week since my period finished - surely I'm not gonna be cursed with period symptoms for 3 weeks out of the month every month??

Does anyone know what would cause something like this to happen? I am going to book a doc appointment but just wondered what they might do if they can do anything?

I've also been secretly worrying myself - I have early menopause in my head It would explain the sore boobs, shitty mood, bloatedness, lack of pg despite being off the pill for years (although not been desperately trying iyswim), which again - lowered libido. Headaches, extreme fatigue from time to time - it all kind of fits and am quite scared to go to the doc.

Is there a history of early menopause in your family?

Sorry, don't know much about this kinda thing, but ddn't want you to be unanswered.

Could the endo be coming back?

It is quite common for it to reoccur 2-3 years after pregnancy.

I don't think there is a history of early menopause.

I half wondered that StGeorge but the symptoms I used to have were severe stabbing pains in my side which I haven't be getting.

The boob pain is mainly just one boob, almost like an on/off pulled muscle pain down the left hand side but occassionally I am getting it on the right side too, they just feel really heavy and I am sure they look more droopy than usual so not sure what that's all about.

Also, forgot to mention I am getting odd dizzy spells.

Have appointment booked but they can't get me in until Friday aft - it has been going on for a few weeks now so not fair to push for an earlier appointment.

Afaik early menopause tends to run in families so it is umlikely.
StG's suggestion sounds more plausible.

Hope your GP is helpful.
