Oxygen depletion on flights

Anyone tried things like oxyshot or other things supposed to increase oxygen levels in the blood?

utter rubbish, don't waste your money. if you were really deprived of oxygen your body would just tell you to breathe faster.

When I was flying and pregnant, my OB told me to get a seat as far up front as possible. Apparently the air quality is better (can't remember the reason).
