Keep getting stomach pains....

It started yesterday. Mild stomach pains which came in waves, made me feel nauseous. Am getting them more frequently and more painful today. When they ease off it leaves me feeling sick. Can't think of anything I've eaten that could have caused it. Reminds me of labour pains. .
Any tips to ease it? TIA

Has eased a little - just had cod and chips for tea - that will either kill it or cure it!

I can't believe I've just followed this thread to see if Sparkler has farted yet!!!!!

Has labour been completely ruled out yet? If you have twins you could name them Pebble and Dash.
