For about a week now, everytime I bite down a piece of my cheek right at the very back of my mouth is getting caught by my tooth.

No idea why it has suddenly started happening, but assume perhaps one of my teeth have moved and is now catching it. I think it is a wisdom tooth actually.

Anyhow, it doesn't seem to want to get better. It improves overnight obviously, but then as soon as I eat it goes really sore again.

I am wondering if it is now a bit inflammed and so getting caught on the tooth even more. Is Bonjela or something likely to help at all ??

Not sure what else to do, other than go and have the tooth out which seems a bit extreme.

This happens to me too. It's definately a wisdom tooth thing, and when I have trouble I seem to get it on both sides as all 4 teeth try to push through at once. But then it just stops. I can't suggest anything but you have my sympathy - it's awful

Its your wisdom tooth.

One of my wisdom teeth is impacted and when it's on a push this happens to me too. It always, always catches me unawares as well and bloody well hurts; you have my sympathy!

My dentist was going to do some x-rays and have a look at what's happening with the tooth at root level; but that was over two years ago and I haven't been back

Yeah i thought it was my wisdom tooth because it has caught my cheek before but never lasted this long.

Eating is becoming very painful. God i suppose i have to go the dentists then?
