I've had a sore left shin for the last few days. The pain has now spread to both of my legs, all the way up my thighs. It feels a bit like growing pains mixed with the sort of pain you can get if you don't warm down after exercise. I can't work out what it it or why I've suddenly got it. Any suggestions please?
