Laser treatment for facial thread veins

Has anyone had this done? I have quite a lot of broken veins as I work outside a lot. My reservation is that I have really thin skin, hence the broken veins and I worry in case laser is too harsh for it. I don't trust the doctor to advise me as of course he is likely to say it is suitable.

had it done - had loads of broken veins so needed several treatments - the first time it was ok, but had a bad reaction the second time so stopped. it wasn't that effective either. Advanced electrolysis has better results for me. It was done at a beauty clinic and they were really thorough about explaining the treatment and showing me they had the necessary training etc. Also the minute I had the adverse reaction they gave me a total refund for the whole treatment. That was a couple of years ago and am now doing the electrolysis thing again still using up my credit. I think quite a few people can have a reaction - some more severe than others (for me it was just that it made my face kind of lumpy and it completely disappeared after a while). electrolysis also less painful (though you do look scabby for a few days after). hope that helps. try googling adverse reactions to it for info
