I feel like I've got no muscle left at all in my stomach, complete and utter blancmange and it's disgusting. I think it's also contributing to some serious back pain which I'm getting rather bored of now
Anyone tried any Pilates DVDs or read any books that they would recommend? I did have a c-sec and sit-ups are still out for the mo. Any suggestions would be fab, summer's around the corner and this belly is not going to see it if it stays like this?
