hi,
unfortunately i drank lots of black tea recently (which i am changing some of it to green tea now) and although i have nice-in order teeth they all became stained.
i would be really grateful if you could suggest me an easy homemade recipe-which i am sure wont damage my teeth in the long run.
thanks in advance.

Buy Elgydium toothpaste and use it with an electric toothbrush - it will remove the stains very well.

bicarbonate soda mixed with colgate.Tastes awful, but works a treat

finely ground white clam shells with a bit of water and brush.

Please be careful with the market generated stain removers...they can be very abrasive and you could be swapping one problem for another.

I would recc calling your dentist & seeing what they recommend these days.

Electric toothbrush, either a sonicare or Oral B.
