Cyst / Spot on nipple and pain in breast - not bf for 4 months WTF?

hello

I'm getting mild but shooting pain on and off in my left breast and this morning noticed that my nipple on the same side has a medium sized white raised spot on it, have had a little poke but it's not burst or leaking though it does look like it's filled with fluid.

I intend to go to the doc about it but has anyone else had this after stopping bf? I gave up in December

Could be a blocked milk duct, I would get it checked asap. My sister had mastitis after she finished bfing.
