Shock six months back (eg death in a family). Medical problems (thyroid or others?) general lack of vitamin or tiredness?

I'd go and see my GP if you are worried

Pregnancy did this to me in the first few weeks...

Your GP needahand? Why is he that good? joking
Well I've been quite stressed during the past 4 weeks (kids ill and all that, GP dropping a bombshell that DS has a heart murmur which yes, was a shock) but that's not 6 months ago?
I've had my thyroid checked not long ago and no other symptoms of tyroid probs really
Not pregnant (although period 3 days late which is probably adding to the anxiety)
