I mean, could it be numberfive?

Numberfour · 19/04/2009 19:56

oh dear! you've got me there.

excuse me being slightly dense: are you asking if i could be pregnant with number five?

if so AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

it would have to be quadruplets because I have only one DS!

my name is numberfour because i am the fourth child in my family, not because i have 4!

btw, still got sore boobs (cannot to the MN norks thing )

lol

yes was wondering if you might be pregnant with number 5!

there's some supplement that's supposed to be good for painful boobs (something like evening primrose oil or something) but it never did anything for me (though I think you have to take it for ages to work and I was no good at that so it could be why!).

Numberfour · 19/04/2009 20:00

the age old argument that if men developed sore breasts premenstrually there would be some relief available for them!

i asked DH to walk behind me all day carrying them for me and he has kindly agreed!

I am back on the pill and the sore boobs have gone (am on Yasmin)

it is bloody painful isn't it

Numberfour · 19/04/2009 20:04

yes, very sore. i have not been on the pill for ages, but we have agreed not to have anymore children () so I think that it is something i should consider. Thanks, fox!

Starflower oil worked for my very sore PMT boobs

Aefondkiss · 20/04/2009 20:51

I was drinking chamomile tea, all last week, my nork pain was only on the day before my period (when I was away and didn't drink any), so I think this is proof that the tea helped ( [[http://health.learninginfo.org/benefits-of-chamomile.htm has chamomile has anti-inflammatory properties ) sorry if this is too lentil weavery of a solution ... I love the tea, but I think it might be an aquired taste! I really like the tea pigs one, it looks really poncey pretty too.

I usually have at least a week of tender norks before my period, so you have my sympathy.

Aefondkiss · 20/04/2009 20:52

oops try again

JackieNo · 20/04/2009 20:54

I started taking a supplement called 'Magnesium-OK' for pmt, and was surprised to find that it sorted my painful breasts out. Helped the pmt too.

Do you know what worked for me (and a friend)? I stopped eating meat! After two months, my premenstrual symptoms which were agony before - not just sore boobs, but period warning pains and outrageous PMT - are down to no pre-period pain, no boob pain, and feeling only slightly irritable (at DH, of course). For the first time in my life, my period arrived with NO warning.

WTF?
