How much is normal? Is it normal to get it in your feet when they are raised/crossed??? Is it something to do with the blood supply?

TIA.

Hi Fluffy, are your legs bad again then?

Unless your feet are raised quite far, I wouldn't think it was normal to get pins and needles just from that. If your legs are crossed, that could impair your circulation though, and could cause pins and needles. Does the sensation in your legs return to normal if you change position?

It doesn't go back right away, it takes about half an hour, they are not crossed, just up on the chair IYKWIM. I've not had this for a while, NHS redirect say go to A&E but I don't think pins and needles are this bad. They are just flat on the chair, I have them at the same level as my knees.

Thankyou for answering. So sorry to be a PITA.
