A few years ago I often used to get painful lumps appear on my face, doc said they were stress glands and taking paracetomol is the only thing I can do, now..............

I have a huge one come up on my jaw and its growing quite rapidly, am sure its the same thing as the pain is the same, but worse, iykwim, it has grown again overnight and is now spread qiite far that it has mis-shaped my lips on the one side and its painful to turn my head. Is it worth going to the docs if they just say take paracetomol or could they do something else? I am pretty sure its not an abbsess {sp) as I have had 2 of those on my face before and they are much more painful.

Well that answers that question, ds has just started being sick, so I wont be going anywhere.

Afraid not, there is only my sister, but she would have to bring her kids, so I wont ask her as I dont want them catching it, never mind, I will try to go tomorrow.
