Help! Dh has a rash spreading up his body from his feet!

He just showed it to me and it is most definately starting at his feet and spreading upwards. It is now about about tummy level. What on earth could it be?? He says he feels perfectly fine, though a bit itchy on his feet. It is small red spots. He works in the city so hasn't been walking through anything weird today.

Any thoughts?

Has he got any cuts on his feet/legs?

DP once had a very bizarre red rash that spread in a similar way up his arm -it turned out (IIRC) that it was due to a cut on his hand becoming infected

No cuts. I think it is allergic. I told him to take some piriton.
