St Albans recommendations for dentists for truly awfully scared me

Can anyone make me a recommendation please. Ideally one taking NHS patients as I am pregnant and the DC need check ups too.

When I say scared I mean to the extent of spending the last 2 years with a half wisdom tooth that broke and recurring abcess that I self medicate due to fear of going.

There are plenty of dentists in Hemel which are nhs and prepared to take new patients.

About 8 years ago I lived in St Albans and I went to an NHS dentist in the Marlowes. I have no idea whether they still take nhs patients.

I have a fantastic, sympathetic lady dentist in Bedford, if you would be prepared to come up on the train / by car. I was terrified - she is so gentle and kind I have totally changed how I feel about going. The whole family go and are in love with her! PM me if you want the details
