Will drinking 24hour old asti make me ill?

I opened a bottle of asti last night but only drank a glass and tonight i had another glass but when i glanced on the back it said to consume with 2 hours!! anyone know why? will it make me ill?

yeh it says consume within a year and once opened consume within 2 hours!! I couldnt drink a bottle of asti in 2 hours! not on my own
