Non-libido-killing contraceptive pill - is there such a thing....??

I am having my mirena coil removed soon as have never really got on with it (mood swings, acne, never wanting sex). I was on Marvelon pre-dc and think I will probably go back on the pill, but are there any out there which are less likely to cause loss of libido?

TIA

I've been on femidette for years and one called something like novum for years before that and never had any loss of libido.

Thank irises. God I hope its not just the way things are going to be for me now! I will put those names to my GP when I see her next.

ditch the hormones. copper coil works for me. hormones killed all libido I had. sorry!

I was on Trinovum before had ds too and that was fine. It wasn't even something I thought could happen until went on Microgynon a few months after ds was born. I couldn't understand why I wasn't interested for so long. I found out about a year later when I stopped my pill!
