Can anyone suggest anything to help combat the fatigue with MS please?

My friend was diagnosed with MS a few years ago and has been relatively well until the last few months.
She has not had a diagnosed relapse, but is really struggling to cope with the fatigue.

I just wondered whether anyone here has had any experience of this and might be able to suggest something she could try.
She doesn't really want to use prescription drugs unless it is totally necessary, but is open to any sort of complementary therapies.

Thanks to anyone who may be able to help

A friend of mine who has MS has Reiki sessions & says it helps with the fatigue.

Riven, she isn't anaemic as far as I know, and she does take multivitamins with iron every day.

I will mention Reiki to her as she would be prepared to give that a try I think.

She just says that every day is a struggle, and basic things can be really difficult to accomplish. I feel for her and help her as much as I can, but can't be there all the time and it must be so hard at times for her to manage with two children.
