I got on well with Rosemary Connelly and Nolan lady (one fo the nolan sisters) that doesn't sound good that I can't remember her name but I can remember the routines though.
It's broken down into 7 sections and you can pick and choose depending on what stage you are at and how much time you have. I think it's very good.
Also each section has the 5 ladies doing the exercises at different levels so that you can progress to slightly more difficult exercise without having to learn something new.
