Slightly weird one on behalf of my mother

My mum's just had a plaster cast removed after 5 and a half weeks. Her arm is now very hairy, (she had no noticable hair there before) Will the new hair come off or does she need to get it lasered?
Anyone had any experience of this?

Probably just darker cos of no exposure to sunlight. I remember my brothers leg being the same. Possibly your Mum's arm is less hairy though.
