My foot stillll hurts after a month

The snowy week (which I reckon was first week of feb?) I bent my foot right over when I stood on a toy of DDs as I came down the stairs.

It felt as though I had pulled muscles/tendons/ligamenty stuff on the underside of my foot which hurt when i walk. Th etop of my foot felt bruised to touch - although there was no visible bruising. Wearing shoes was painful as the top of mu foot was compressed against my shoe with every step I took, and I had a good limp from the "pulled muscle" pain underneath for a good 10-14 days.

The bottom is better - but teh top "bruising" is still bloody painful. I still yelp if anyone knocks it.

I seem to remember it being like this the last time I did something similarish - so I knwo it is not abnormal. But why doe sit still hurt so much?

And stretch out so it is in a straight line with my leg.

TBH a friend did exactly the same thing...and was exactly how I am.

GP wouldn't do anyhting other than advise the usual ibuprofen/mild physio etc.

Could be a hairline fracture?? If you can walk on it then they won't x-ray it for this (depending on your local hospital policy)
The ligaments in your foot are all connected to bones in your foot. It's possible to slip and rip/tear one of these off the bones in your foot, however if you can walk on it then it may not be this.
Pop and see your GP
