Get some antibiotic eye drops chloramphenicol from the chemist tomorrow morning.Hope it starts to clear for Wednesday.

Can I get them from Tesco?

Only if they have a pharmacy section.

It should clear by Wednesday if you treat it asap,the drops work really quickly-but don't use any mascara that you may have used when it was beginning or you could cause it to flare up again,get a new one.

Drops should work by 3 days.

What's mascara ?

cooled boiled water with a drop of baby shampoo, use regularly

Yesterday I had a slightly itchy bloodshot eye.

This morning my eyelid was swollen shut and sealed together with gunk.

I went to teh chemist and asked for AB eyedrops and she said "you don't say!".

My eyelid is very red now too.

I look like a freak!
