Tummy tuck - I'm considering having one - anyone with any experience?

Thats it really. Just thinking about it at this stage, I need to lose some more weight first.

Whats it really like, whats the recovery like, how did you find a surgeon?

No experience but I'd be interested in finding out too. DD2 was so big I have loads of stretched skin that won't go back. I have lost a stone and need to lose another before I can seriously consider it though. My tummy just looks awful

Mine too, its so depressing. Can't wear anything decent. Everything has to be tendt link

I always wanted one.. and then a very lovely chappy told me I had earnt it and it was a small price to pay for such beautiful dc's.

I love my scared jelly belly now

it was far cheaper and recovery was much quicker.

BCNS, point taken but mine is hideous, I think its hideous, don't reallu care what anyone else thinks it make me miserable. Stretch marks, piles, scar tissue etc I can cope with, battle scars and all that but this is very different.
