I dont know whats wrong with me but for the last few weeks i have been feeling tired all the time.

I can come home from work at 2 and fall asleep which just isn't like me. I feel worse in the afternoon and especially after eating lunch i feel like i have no energy.

Everything i do feels like hard work, i feel out of breath sometimes just by doing normal tasks.

Anyone else felt like this?

Could you be pregnant? Or, I agree with Pompeygirl80, could be anaemic. Might be worth popping along to Drs and asking for a blood test to rule out anaemia, and maybe check your thyroid is working ok?

Do you have a carb rich lunch? Sometimes you can get a bit of a sugar slump if you eat simple carbs (white bread, sugary things) and this leaves you feeling really tired. Try having complex carbs (wholemeal bread, wholemeal pasta, beans etc) with some protein, baked potato with cheese for example. The protein stops you getting a surge of sugar, and takes longer to digest. The theory is it lasts longer, so you don't get a sugar peak then a slump.

Are you drinking enough water? Getting enough sleep? Have you ruled out other factors (shift work? illness? etc etc)
