I'm getting up ridiculously early at the moment, and doing a lot (making big decisions, getting in touch with people, etc) any non drug suggestions to help other than drinking wine in the evening which i find I'm doing to release the tension! I'm trying to decide whether I've just got a lot to do at the moment or I'm being rash/impulsive which I find is always a worry ie am I just doing normal things or hyper and what helps make you feel calmer?
