Had really bad sinus pains all week so used a saline solution and neti pot to wash them every few hours. Seems like this may have been a bad idea...
Since fri night my left nostril has been constantly slightly bleeding and my left under eye sinus is agony - can't sleep for the throbbing....
I think I've just damaged it and it'll heal up on its own but am worried it could be an infection. And it is soooo painful. Really don't want antibiotics unless I have to and really don't want to go to the GP either as it's such a huge hassle sitting there with DD for hours waiting.
Any ideas? Can I leave it?
