I've been feeling absolutely crap this week with a number of symptoms:
? Digestive: cravings for sugar or breads, chronic bloating, cramps.
? Emotional: depression, irritability, inability to concentrate, frequent mood swings.
? Muscles/Joints: feeling weak or tired.
? Weight: binge eating, water retention.
? Other: headaches, extreme tiredness
I found that I am lactose intolerant so avoid milk, butter, cheese. However this week I had a bit of cake and it sent me skyward - been craving crap all week.
Been reading various bits on the internet and my symptoms seem to fit. Will make an appointment with my doc next week but wondered if any other Mumsnetter is familiar with the condition and what you did about it.
